Call it retarded, or obsessive compulsive, but I have to match my bike with my gear. I pay FAR too much attention to the details to have it any other way. I have a Red/Black Shift jacket with an HJC red/black helmet, with red/black gloves with black/red boots. Usually I ride in black jeans to complete the "look".

I spend so much time on the fine details on my bike, I would be crazy not to pay as much attention to what I'm wearing (since I'm a VERY visible part of the bike when it's in motion). I need to compliment the bike as much as it compliments me.

 

 

My first good set of gear I matched hardcore. Yellow helmet / jacket / gloves for the yellow/black F4i scheme (although it kinda sucked cause all the shades of yellow were slightly different, haha). I've since painted the bike white, ditched the yellow gear for black and white gear (jacket, leathers, gloves). I did get an abnoxious orange helmet just to stand out and be different, though

It's a driveway entrance to a local Texas Roadhouse. Nothing to be worried about.

 

Well my bike is going to be Chrome Yellow by Ford. I have a KBC Tarmac Radiation helmet (yellow radioactive symbol), Repsol jacket, black Alpinestar SMX gloves, regular jeans and boots I got from when I went to the desert. I do not think I necessarily match. I think the helmet needs to compliment the bike though.

 

I did have matching red and black helmet, red and black jacket, and red and black gloves on the 02 954 but now that I have the repsol I don't want to overkill it like those guys on the first page did

now I rock a black HJC AC12 vader helmet, Black Alpinestar leather jacket, and the red and black sp2s

but i'm still a bad ***

 

i bought gray gear before i got my bike. it turns out the only 600rr i could find was silver. lucky me lol.

its turning to a respol now that its been down but i am not going to get new gear to match. at the cycle gear i work at we have a repsol back pack. its hard plastic, so cool. i want to get the respol leathers, repsol helm, and this back pack. i doubt i will spend the money though.

 

meshie is silver n black. Leather jacket is yellow/black, helmets, my new one is matte black with yellow accents, old helmet is gold. Leather pants are black. Winter jacket will most likely be all black.

 

i used to have a matching yellow helmet for the bike, but now i went with white and black gear, so that when i get a new bike (maybe next year) ill not be wearing a yellow helmet on a green/red/white/blue bike.
