Passed and aced theriding test with an '83 KZ1100.
The other newbs were amazed.....as was I. I was one of two liter-or-more bikes...the other one was an HD of some kind.
And on the subject of inspection, the DMV instructor that does the tests near my town was really cool until someone tried to pass offa KTM as a street-legal motard....needless to say,KTM-guy was turned down and couldn't ride it outta there.The instructormade the KTM-guy call a truck.
