Cycle Gear Satisfaction Guarantee
So get ths, I have a pair of A* SPS gloves which I bought probably close to a year ago, if not a little more. Well, after a few weeks the gloves started to loosen up on the stitching and eventually some holes at the tip of the fingers starting to develop. The leather on the thumb started to tear by the stitching, some of the seams on the palm started to tear too. I was trying to obtain a receipt from cycle gear and the guy said he couldnt find it in the system, but he did tell me they have a satisfaction guarantee and that I could basically go in and exchange them for another pair if I was not satisified for any reason. I asked if they have an exchange period and he said no. Haha, anyone used this before? I am going to swap my gloves as soon as I get out of work.

I had a Dainese jacket that stretched more than expected, wore it daily for over 8 months (probably longer) and got a new jacket (diff Dainese model) no questions asked. They also exchanged the Dainese gloves since the color didn't match anymore.

^ I have, just never had a reason to bring anything back. I'm just wondering cause it'd be amazing if they're just as helpful with helmets especially since I've got my eyes on one right now. Just waitin for my car to sell then I get to buy a whole lotta toys.
