My brother did this to our aunt once. Every year they exchange a joke gift... but we always have the scratch off lotto tickets on all the presents. I bought a fake one that wins $10,000.00. Looks real as hell... then you read the back and the methods of collecting are jokes. Like to collect your winnings you have to contact the Easter Bunny and so on. The woman was crying with joy when she thought she had won... then nothing but silence after he had her read the back. So... the point of this story is, if you do it to someone, do it to someone you don't mind hurting.
