These are distubred children in the first place. I bet they were ADD or ADHD kids. My grandma worked as an assistant to one of those types of teachers and these kids are just hateful to begin with and its because they have mental problems. So, I dont think any of you should be suprised.
You never cease to surprise me at times Nauree :-)

Out of context, I read this....made me chuckle.

My neighbor's son...so much hated his sister when she was born....I swear I saw the look of "Kill Kill Kill" in his eyes...plus some of the things I saw him try to do. Sibling rivalry is great, isn't it? He was perhaps 3 or 4 at the time, I think. At that point he was the only child, so it was certainly an pardigm shift for him when his sister came along. He's much better now.

Actually, the poem that Jules posted up reminded me of him him too.

ORGINAL: Juliet
Ever told your child,
We'll do it tomorrow?
And in your haste,
Not see their sorrow?
That happened just the night before Juliet posted this. The mother says...you can do it tomorrow..you have a half day at school. I wasn't even paying attention until she said..."What's wrong?" I looked at the side and it was just so upset. The look as if it would never happen.

Back on topic....

I didn't read this fully, but I heard about last night when I was in WoW. I was venting about the mother that help destroy a 13 yr old Megan Meier. You can't screw with a kids mind like that....

I embolded that because it's a "biggie" ... our children are our future :-)

That's a damn shame about Megan. Nobody said parenting was easy. I do hope they get some justice.

That is some scary stuff. Leave it to kids to think up crap like this. Honesty though can you blame them, all they see in the media is the war. If you dont like someone or the way they are doing things, you form a plan, go after them, and kill them. Thats the message we are sending to our youth, you cant blame kids like this, I would be surprised if they knew any better.
wtf does war have to do with it.i grew up during the first tv war(vietnam).me and my classmates didnt plan to kill any teachers.

These are distubred children in the first place. I bet they were ADD or ADHD kids.

From the article
The purported target is a veteran educator who teaches third-grade students with learning disabilities including attention deficit disorder, delayed development and hyperactivity, friends and parents said.
That's is what makes this so great. These children that can't concentrate or learn or whatever label they had placed on them are ABLE to organize this coup.ADD or ADHDdoesn't mean homicidal maniac, learning disabilities means they learn slower, but these kids are motivated and can think clearly. Obviously we are not teaching them in the right manner or they learn in other ways. But I agree alot of this is from television, not so much newscoverage of the war, but from age inappropriate entertainment TV.

I can surely say this is incorrect. These kids can not think clearly. They have poor control over themselves. Thats the whole thing about ADD or ADHD. If you really think about it this story really isn't all that suprising and I doubt this is the first time something like this has happened.

Just because you and I don't agree with their goal it doesn't mean they aren't thinking clearly. Look at canned ravioli, utterly disgusting, but whoever marketed that crap to kids are a genius, Spice Girls, Menudo, Fazolis, Dominoes Pizza. All examples of evil plans executed by people thinking clearly.

Everything I read leads me to believe that they are smarter than we give them credit for, yes, they are devil children, I imagine many of them will find their way behind bars, but the organization, planning, and motivation to attain the goal is pretty amazing considering that they have all these 'disabilities'.

Let's hope they never breed.
