his response email:

Hi Hayden,
About my 2004 Honda VTX 1300 the price is $4300. The reason i'm selling it is because i moved with my future wife in Europe(Berlin,Germany) to get married because she is from Germany, I've brought the bike with me cause i wanted to keep it, but when i wanted to register it here i've found out that I have to pay a very large amount of money, VAT and other registration taxes because it's an import vehicle NON-EU (2800 EUR - about 4000 USD) and i don't afford to pay this money to register it, so my only option is to find a buyer back to US and sell it back there. Certificate of Title is clear. I will pay for the shipping back to US so you will not have to pay any additional taxes, just the price for it. The bike is in excellent condition, engine runs well and tires are in good shape, now has 2,216 miles. I added the windshield and cobra shoot gun pipes directly from East Coast Honda and while it was in there had them check it for everything and it was perfect.
Please let me know if you need more pics.
I will appreciate a fast answer from your part
Mario

Huh, looks like a scam but he sure does know a lot about the bike for being a fraud. May as well play with him. I've been doing that with a guy trying to sell an '07 600RR for $3999. Got boring andI can't think of anything fun tomess with the guy...

my newest reply haha.....

well shipping it and waiting doesn't really sound that convenient for me, would you consider less money? i would like you to please hold the bike for me and not sell to anyone else, and give me two days to thing about it? thank you in advance.

Whaa? Tell him you'd be happy to house it for him at no cost. You can feed it and give it some good love and care in return for using it while he decides.

Seen the same scam on another forum. The bike is never available for viewing, usually overseas. It always seems too good to be true...THERE'S YOUR SIGN! If you want to mess with him, email him that you have a friend over there that can go and view the bike. See what he says.
