I was riding my 600rr today, and i saw two motorcycles coming toward. I waved him like to waving other fellow riders. Funny enough, they both waved back to me.

 

i've always wondered whether or not to wave to cops...I'm interested to see what everybody else has to say

 

Nothing wrong with that. I once had a bike cop nod at me when he was standing there with his lazer gun while performing a speed trap. I thought that was alright.

 

I wave to em wether (sp) bike or regular car. Better for them to remember me as the 'guy who waved' than the '***** who ran.'

 

Cool... a lot of cops are people too...

 

Wave, just make sure you use enough fingers.

 

I do the exact same thing, wave to everyone one i see. .

 

Like I said, something I wondered but, oddly enough, I've never passed a cop. I wave to everybody except scooters...even waved to a motorized wheel chair on the sidewalk once.

My cuz is a Harley rider, and he will only wave to other Harleys...which I give him absolute hell for since it's his dad's Harley. But whatever...a biker is a biker...except for scooter riders. They are tools.

 

Haha, that is funny. I have accidentally waved at them, but they never wave back.

 

I wave to everyone...Harley guys almost never wave back though. Well whatever, life is to short to think your toocool to wave because you have 10,000 in chrome accesories..

Motorcycle cop was admiring my bike the other day (we were both at quick mart getiing stuff)...didnt say a word about any thing questionable. He was cool and we talked shop for like 15 minutes. Told me I had a cool bike and he took off
