Default Considering becoming a motorcycle tech.

Im about to finish up my last year at college for a major in psychology :/ Grad school doesnt seem very appealing and I was considering going to a automotive school and becoming a certified motorcycle technician would like to have a emphasis in honda and harley.

Does anyone work in the industry or have any thoughts?

Being a tech will be challenging. But if you want to do some motorcycle tech I say go for it. I would do it but I consider fixing up and riding motorcycles a hobby imo.

well, i thought the same thing about automechanics. i love to work on cars, so i thought...UTI??? yes please. well now 15k in student loans, college fund drained....it was the worst mistake of my life. the lies these recruiters feed you is insane. add that with the economy that tanked while i was going there......im now working nights at a medical supply warehouse to pay the bills.

i know. if i knew then what i know now id be in a good job with a degree instead of having to pay 151$ a month till im 40. i wouldnt let 99% of the kids that graduate there touch a lawnmower let alone a car. it was an awesome education if you actually paid attention, but its more of a "hobby" education and shouldnt cost nearly what i paid for everything.
