Get a video card with svideo or composite out
OR
if you have a TV with VGA or DVI in then you are set.

the yellow is composite
This is s-video

I'm betting your TV has at least one of either of these. And you could get a video card to replace or augment the one you have to output in one of these formats.

This is VGA
The white one is DVI

Your TV MAY have one of these. If it does then you don't need a new card and should be able to hook up your computer directly with no changes.

Savy?

Well thats the question isn't it. You need to find out what your TV accepts. Once you know that, then we can give you options.

is there a simple way to find that out? the thing is kinda mounted on the wall at the moment. thats the one of the reasons why i wanted to go thru the reciever. kinda like a vga to rca cord if thats even possible.

Might be easier if you find out whats on the TV, but if you must something like this might work:

But remember:
NOTE: Note Though this adapter works with most video cards, some video cards do not support this adapter.
