RE: colors
The bike's color comes down to owner prefference. Same as the color of your car.
If not all Sports cars would come only in red, 4 door sedans would come in bland colors and the crown vic would only come in black with white doors.
BTW the new CRF comes in black as a "Special limited edition color" If red was that important, that would be the special one, kind of like the Repsol 1000RR. Red is Honda's traditional color, but if youre that much of a purist, your bike would be wearing full factory racing graphics.
I'd rather have something more suited to my personal tastes, than something designed to meet sponsorship specifications.
I ride a White bike with black pinstriping

RE: colors
Why do you care what someone else thinks anyway? I see this crap constantly on the Harley forums! "Is my bike gay? Do these chaps make my **** look fat?Should I wave at Goldwingers? Where should I hang my prayer bell? Are fingerless gloves gay?" For a bunch of guys trying to come across as badazzes they sure do worry a lot about what evryone else thinks. It's your ride, paint it pink and wear a chrome helmet if that's your thing.
