According to the terms of service through Ebay (says A&R) , if you come up with the 62k before auction, they're obligated to sell it to you for that. But yeah, once it goes to auction, it could go for whatever price they decide.
For Sale: Colin Edwards’ CRT MotoGP Race Bike
To clarify, the eBay ad is really just a marketing piece for Historics at Brooklands, which will be selling two Forward Racing GP machines at auction (the other is Claudio Corti’s), on Saturday June 7th, 2014. Though, the last time we checked the eBay Terms of Service, Brooklands is obligated to sell the Kawasaki FTR bike for the listed £62,000, if you come up with the coin, ahead of auction.
