no hit and run if you stopped, and if you hit it with your mirror and no damage done she would be wasting her time to even file a report, b/c there was no damage/no injuries. but next time watch were your going! lol

and Griffin he put in his orig post he made a u turn, as in thats what he was doing anyways....not to run, think you just misunderstood him.

ORIGINAL: Griffin

You said in your initial post that you flipped a u-turn and took off.

The point I was making was that I wondered how you would have felt if the roles were reversed.

I know I would be pretty PO'd if someone clipped my car with their vehicle and drove away, regardless of how slight they thought the damage might be. I would at least expect a "sorry for that" comment from them. If they just ignored the incident anddrove away I'd be after them too.
kia owner perhaps??[sm=smiley6.gif]

it doesnt matter, you didnt have to even stop, at that point you didnt know there was no damage so yes you did the right thing by stopping, but without damage a police report will NOT be filed. let her waste her time, and +1 on watching w-h-e-r-e you are going.

The only relavince I find in the chia pet ad is the watch part... So watch out and don't go in between cars when it's a tight fit.
