Default Cleaning bugs off Leather Jacket

what do you guys use to clean bugs off your leathers? i have been using a wet paper towel, but it works terrible. does ok on the black portion but on the colored part it really sucks. what do you guys use to keep your jackets looking new(ish)?

my old jacket (icon) i used meguires leather wipes. w/ my new A* gear i dont want all that slick oily **** on it so i stick to a damp papertowel, and a dry one to get any excess water off. seems to work well so far.

im curious as to what others use aswell....

I don't know I've never had a bug on my jacket, I swerve to avoid them.

100+mph wind always does the trick for me. And riding in the rain.

Seriously though, make sure you have a good waterproof coating on your leather, and the bugs will come right off.

+1 LMAO

If the rain doesn't do it and I can't just brush them off, a wet cloth followed by a dry works great. My leather is black and silver though.

I think what's even worst is the first 300 yards from my house where I have my visor up and I always seem to hit a damn swarm of gnats.[:@]

LMAO...you can't get that kinda manueverability on a Harley. Also, you can ride through one of those automatic car washes. That cleans all of my gear pretty well.

Your supposed to catch them with your teeth!. Soft cloth, warm water. I like it when you go to clean it & some are still wriggling.
