Class M License
Different states have difference types of liscences and endorsements...There is no Class M in Louisiana. I just need a normal drivers lisence, pay $8, take a test and ride around the corner and I get full motorcycle privilages.

It seems so... I have a class "D" (whatever that means here in Ohio) with an "M" endorsement. Lots of people I know only have their temps, and some have been riding as long as I have! (5 yrs.)

My wife has a permit but no endorsement, and three guys that I know DON"T have the endorsement and ride all the time. I used to ride around when I just had my permit, but in Oregon if you have a permit, you have to have a liscensed rider on another bike rding with you at all times...no solo riding at anytime. I only did that for a few weeks, then took the MSF and got my endorsement.
hhhhhhhhhhmmmm looked all over my License and could not find that class M..the only thing I found was class E..... then in the corner it says Motorcycle also...... used to have that M in NY but they don't like the M in FL.
