I think your problem is that its a chrysler :P... just jokes

I'm no expert but the things I would look for is power steering fluid levels... perhaps a tire thats cambered or toed to an extreme

Did this just start happening? Has it been in any sort of accident? Like something that would mess up the tie-rods?

One of my buddies had the Dodge version of the Sebring, it was real bad at losing power steering fluid. He had to fill it up as often as he did gas

I'm not sure I understand the question. When you turn the steering wheel do the wheels turn also? When you are moving the car (forward or backwards) and turn the steering wheel, what happens?

Have the ball joints looked at. or it could be the power stering, or the rack. I have a 03 coupe and I just had the ball joints changed out. But I am running a turbo on the coupe.

the steering wheel and the wheels turn at the same time but it is wicked hard and will not take sharp turns. I will not or is really hard to turn when in reverse.

I don't know why reverse would be different, but if it's hard to steer it sounds like the power steering pump is not working.
