agreed, i mean i have naughty pics of myself when i was like 4 years old.. I used to be a streaker out in the front-yard and my mom wanted to get pics of me to probbly black-mail me in my later years (haha na, she just like to embarrass me or something - you know how parents are) but what? my parents should go to jail for that? because they have family pictures of me naked when i was a kid?

I believe it has to be spread over the internet to be illegal, or if you are intentally doing "naughty" things on the picture or video..

 

I kind of disagree with all this policy of arresting for VIEWING child ****. Those who are making/getting profits out of it/distributing should be arrested and I wouldn't mind death sentence for them, but if some perv is sitting at home and watching some photos - I don't think he is doing any harm to society. And they could give him longer sentence than some raper who actually did some harm.

I think if you are rubbin' one off to a picture of some pre-pubescent child, even in the privacy of you're own home, you are creating market for that "distributor" or websight that actually does hurt those kids. Those f_ckers would be hung by the ***** if I were king.

 

Taking the pics or jerking it to them they are all freaks. The OP actually has a good point though, but I really don't think it would be an issue. People get busted for that **** for being obsessive about it, thats why it will never be ok to just look at them, the next step is actually seeing or doing something, and with these freaks who knows what they are capable of. Why would anyone want to look at kiddie **** when there are so many hot *** pornstars and models? FREAKS! I say we hang em anyway voodoo.

Ya know what, I don't care who you are. Those "pictures" are of someone's child. This thread is disgusting to even have to post to. It's morally wrong, period.

 

this is a tricky one..i have some pics of my "still-is" girlfriend on my computer from when she was 17. She is now 20. I think that if it is someone you know, and you have their own concent(yes, a minors concent), and at any time they want you to get rid of them, you have to, then it is legal for you to have the pictures. I think it should be illegal in any way shape or form to sell, distribute, or let someone else see these pictures besides you or her.

Like me, i have her pictures still, if at any time she wanted me to get rid of them, i will. I would never sell them or show anyone else.
