My first thought was "cool"
second thought was "why?"
This whole bike is unnecessary, the riding position is WAY agressive and the view would be slim to none with that position. Like others said, the tire is dangerously uncovered, hit one bump and you're done for. the position of the feet would put them either under the clutch/brake levers or resting on them, under is a bad idea with as low as that is. I'm actually hoping this was just photoshopped.

To ride it anywhere near hard or twisty ...nup , not me mate .... no way..
