Just make sure your post doesnt have these words in the first instance and if it does then put a period in them lik.e so ...

whil.e
havin.g
us.e
ki.ll
delet.e (sometimes)
wher.e (sometimes)
compar.e (sometimes)
The above are the worst offenders .. if still no good Pm me and I will try and help :-)
