i think its almost unanimous that you westcoast guys are meeting at Laguna Seca. For us on the east, it seems there's more votes for Deals Gap than anything else. you guys out there in the middle......lol, speak up!

I'd also like to know if people are bringing other friends that ride who arent apart of this forum. if so, and enough people are doing so, i'll bring a bunch of people aswell. so is this ALL cbrforum or anyone who wants to tag along w/ a member?

I'm down for a trip anywhere. I was sooooo bummed out when I couldn't make my Deals Gap trip that I had planned for like 2 months. Stupid wheel on backwards, stupid rain, stupid grandpa dying. =( /sigh I'm going to Deals Gap regardless next season I don't care what it takes I'm freaking going. If I die sometime this winter I'm putting in my will to ship my coffin there and drive me around the roads.

I'll go anywhere but crappy ol Wisconsin! =)

I've been to a few meets, non bike meets. And I personally think that half the fun is the drive to the meet. My friend and I made like a 20 hour drive to Oklahoma for a National Prelude Meet, and the memories from the drive were just amazing haha. So I think half the fun of the meet is the adventure of getting there.

Personally, I'm down for Deals Gap, and think that would be an awesome place for everyone next season. And I mean, regardless I'm going to Deals Gap next year anyway, so being a meet location would only make it just as awesome.

And also, would this be more of a 'CBR Forum' meet, or more open to like a 'CBR Meet'?

 

Greene is in chenago county, near binghamton....the cool thing about pocono is...i work about 10 minutes from the racetrack.

 

I vote that as long as their buddies of a member of the CBRforum bring them. What would be better then to see 100+ motorcycles running through the twisties at Deal's.

Keep the wild squidy friendsat home though.

Put a point of contact on here for each region. And it would be smart to make EAST, WEST, and MIDWEST. at minimal.

Just an Example, I see Jaynd is the one who started this topic and is on the EAST. He could be the point of contact for the EAST and start gathering names, meeting places, routes, lunches. Come on guys lets get busy and make this happen!! .. I'm all for it and will help in anyway forthe East possy.

only problem is DEALS GAP IS IN THE SOUTH! its like 12hrs from NY... i think PA or NY would be better locations for the EAST posse.. we should have a South, WEST, and MIDWEST groups

not every place is going to be convenient to everyone on their coast. maybe if we set up three different threads or post the topic in the "regional section" (im going to do that now for you east coast guys, check there). then we can "report" back to "off topic" w/ our gathered info/dates/times yada yada.
