Ok. Apparently the new postage machine I bought it not accurate, so all the mail was returned, I sent them back out with old fashioned stamps. Sorry for the delay guys.

So, maybe I am confused, but what is the difference between an inner and say.. the one mentioned prior, the "outer" i guess?

The one posted in the outer. There is no center. The white you see is the paper. These are die cut decals. The inner would be only the piece that appear as paper. Its what would be there if the outer wasnt.
