dont know about work commitments but if you will let me i will join in although on 33bhp cbr f3 if you dont mind waiting for me im 20 miles from manchester by the way like 5 miles from prestbury. will find out about work tomorrow and confirm. ooo just thought should have done one for the carole nash bike show, shame will have to wait till january now or is it february cant remember.

 

They all the same reasonable price - the castle bromwich has a toby which usually means a carvery - lots of food at decent price with beer!

how about combining with the BMF ralley at Peterboro showground ? 14/15 of May.
OK it may be on my door step but it is pretty central.
I don't mind traveling tho so the NEC is fine
How about the Lancaster bomber museum at East Kirkby ?
I really don't mind.
Henry's idea so maybe he should decide the venue.

 

i would be well up for it i have a rally every month till sept but if the dates are right there is always room for more will be down in lanchester for ben hur rally in may if any one else is going

To put your mind at rest, no one will mind waiting. There's no winners cup for getting there fastest or with a 1000HP conversion under the fairings, though that would be interesting.
You seem to have missed one thing off your list of things to do though......

As time is moving along how about an agenda? Here's a proposal which is open to improvements and alterations

Saturday - meet at bike museum about midday
Ride out in to somewhere as a group - 3ish until ?
Food & liquids - at hotel about 8ish
Sunday - Breakfast meet - 10ish (perhaps Alans cafe?)
Ride out after breakfast
Lunch stop
Ride out through the PM
Final stop and split

For those coming from the south there is an earlier post with a suggested en route meet point.

Just a loose agenda for you all to comment/ improve on. Henry if you could put this on your 1st post perhaps it will get the ball rolling.

Guys, are you planning this for a weekend? If so by then I will hopefully have passed my MOD 2 booked for 19th april and then my insurance on the 1st of may (when i get my 1 years no claims)

Oh and what do you guys think about brining partners? My mrs cant wait to get on the back of my cbr 6 lol
