Default cbr600 YouTube elbow down

I've had cbr's since I started riding but I'm pretty new to this forum. I just posted a video yesterday of me on my favorite knee scratching bike. Its a 93' with a whole lot of pieces missing :-) Anyway, check it out and leave a comment if you care to:

For sure- I checked the asphalt for debris before I started and then I checked my underwear for debris after I finished (its called 'debriefing'.) :-)

About elbow dragging: knee dragging and elbow dragging are both 'speeds' ..its a normal mistake when people think they are all about technique. Theres technique, but having the right speed is most important. And then being very relaxed with hanging off. And then being stupid enough to actually try it.
