I'm really diggin the 125R........really wish they would bring these to the states..........that way I could rock the 125 to work and around town, and use the 600RR solely for it's intended purpose......the track.

^^ The tariffs to bring that back into the states would cost me a small fortune though......not to mention trying to get it registered and insured.

I own one of those babies, even here in the Philippines nobody seems to want to let go of their 250rrs . Saw mine in an ad, took a look at around ten in the evening, came back the following day before 6 am, had to wake the dude up. Didn't want to let it slip by, fortunately I did what I did. The same morning after I left another buyer knocked at the seller's door.

the reason they dont sell em here is because we dont have the tiered license system. And since we dont they figure if the smallest thing they offer is a 600RR, ppl will buy that and they make more money! Yup its that simple folks, its all about the benjamins!!!

+1 What playful said

As for bringing it over and making it street legal. Check with your state on titling a vehicle that was bought wit just a bill of sale. Depending on age you can get a new title.

With all the chinese imports around there should be a way to get done. Insuring should be no problem, do a rec vehicle policy at the least.

Canada has the 125 which gives me hope for seeing the 250 in the states one day. I wish Honda would compete with kawi in that realm.

Its to easy to lincese here in the states just has to go to your local inspection place to make sure that it has tires, lights, working horn, and can do more then 60mph for highway use. since its a 250 you won't have a problem because of the ninja 250's. As long as the kilometer turn in to mph you shouldn't really have problems. Will take a little while for all the paper work to be done but its well worth it.

I would have loved one of those as a starter bike, wish you could get them here.
