I have ridden both, the R6 is easier to start a turn, the RR is easier to power out of a turn, so if it is decreasing radius, R6, if it is an opening turn or same radius i can carry more speed on the honda. Honestly the R6 corners softer. The R6 and RR are both very good bikes. Depending on your riding style you can pull either one harder. I prefer the stiff *** honda tho, powering out with that long *** rear swingarm feels good, and thats where passing takes place

My buddy has the 03 r6, and ive the 05 600rr... both are just about equal. i have to agree though the rr is better comin out of turns, but a good rider cna make up in either department. and when it comes to dragin... my speacialty. the rr wins hands down. if yo[&o] learn to fight the wheelies at 10,000 rpms
