i think sitting here thinking about it w/o it happening to me, i would initially say to check license plate and call 911. but if i were in that position, in the moment and it happened, i would most likely w/o even thinking...........try to calm myself, check MYSELF for damage, the bike for damage.......then call 911.

 

couple months ago i was run off the side of the road...it happened really quick, and after it happened, i just kinda went to my bike and made sure it was ok...it was weird, i didnt even think to check if i was ok myself, or to see if i could try to get the liscense plate #, if it never would've happened, i would probably say chase the guy down, but it happened, and the thought never even crossed my mind...

re-re-re-re-re-re-repost. There are some other better copies of this vid around and you can see that the blinker was in fact on, and they were both trying to go around another vehicle.

A smart person doesn't jump to conclusions by watching a really crappy copy of a vid.

 

A smart person would have noticed that I never stated who's fault it was. Even if its yours, other driver/rider's, what would you do? I'd still get the license even if it was my fault.

well I had it happen to me last yeah and well I got up checked myself, got the plate # from a great samaritan, chased his *** down, called 911, went to court, he went to jail for 60 days.... next time I am going to make the person eat a helmet... 60 day for attempting to kill a biker is not a punishment
