he was gonna sell it for 6600. i emailed him saying no i dont want it because of the lean but then he told me the name of the people he bought it from and its the same as on the title. and then said he is going to see if there is a lein on it or not. because its not registered under him. so maybe if i bought it from him it would be ok.

Thats prob b/c you cant register/transfer a title as long as there*s a lean owed against it. Hence the reason its not registered under his name. He prolly didnt do his homework like you and got screwed and is trying to screw someone else to get his money back.

Depends HSBC (household finiance) may not have updated the records. It could be paid off. If there is a clean title (just the present owners name only on the title) then its clear but if HSBC is still lein holder it has a balance owing.

11k Km..how many miles is that? 5500 for an 02 is kinda high....but thats my personal opinion, let see what some of the F4i riders say...it might be a good price but to me that seems high....any F4i riders wonna chime in???
