Caliper help now
Ok well now my pads arent biting but the noise is coming from where in the caliper thier is a metl bar that seems to be touching the rotor (on the very inside towards the back of the caliper it concts to the axel bolt). i think that is what is making the noise is thier any wAY TO adjust that???
First, less weed and more grammar
. There should be NOTHING! I repeat, NOTHING--touching the rotor besides the pads...period. If anything besides the pads are touching the rotor, you need to fix that ASAP, as that is going to do bad things to either you or the bike, maybe both. Obviously, a pic of the problem area could help clarify what your writing leaves a bit cloudy...not trying to come off like a *****, but your post isn't very clear.

I'm still leaning towards something wasn't put together quite right when the rear wheel went back on. +1 to nothing touching the rotor besides the pads... somethin's messed up here.

oh....that is one of the caliper bolts....there is a grub screw in front of it right...meaning a flat head to take out a little screw and an allen head pin behind it...either way...something is put together VERY VERY wrong...that definitely SHOULD not be touching the rotor...i will try to find a picture of how it should be....hold on
edit...i was thinking of the wrong one..hold on, i have a picture
