In my province adding stickers, beading, and even painting renders the helmet void. You can get a ticket for not wearing a proper helmet. The decorations could conceal damage.
Unfortunately we don't have the right to decorate them.

 

i prefer performance parts than shiny chrome or flashy lights

 

Only matters that you like it. Enhance your gear anyway you want that makes you happy.

It's not mine. Its a girl in Japan. I loved my Suomy Extreme R1 but this is second time that my insurance company is giving me money for helmet. I looked at helmet safety rating and it doesn't have a good rating on the side impact so I decided to go with AGV. I know I will miss all that glitters on Suomy, so I was thinking about doing something to AGV. Not as much as the helmet in the pic, and I may not go bling bling, but some glitter in places.
