Bickering on the CBRForum
Okay...there has been alot of bickering, lately. There have been some topics that have come up, and responses that seem like they areintended to hurt others and their belief system. That is not acceptable. We are a pretty relaxed group, I think, because everyone pretty much polices themselves.There arerules about posting topicsthat includerefraining from religion and politics for a reason, but the rules are generally relaxed. However, if it becomes an issue, we willstrictly adhere to the rules and that will be no fun. Topics like: "Mormons are dumb""abortion should be illegal" "all muslims are terrorists" and"Mexicans must die" are exaggerated axamples of things that would be offensive to others...so stay away from those kinds of topics and responses. I have personally made alot of friends here, and have gotten so much help with my riding techniques, maintenance issues, and audio/visual/computer help that I owe a debt of grattitude. That, to me, is what this place is about. To me,this forumfeels more like a family that a buch of strangers who have no concern or empathyfor eachother. Am I wrong? So, to wrap it up, if you have a problem with another member, PM one of the mods or admins and explain the problem. Keep in mind, if you are a trouble maker, you have privileges that can be taken away. Speaking your mind is an inalienable right, but your freedom of speech could get you sitting on your butt outside of this forum with the right to say as much as you want free from the burden ofrest of us.
