You won't be disappointed my freind, that's why that thread with the guys back ends coming out on them is so foreign to me...I have only ridden on Pilot Powers and they would NEVER come out like those bikes did...well maybe if they were frozen and covered in saran wrap.

I have HEARD good things about the Pirelli's also, but have never rode on them. I have no reason toEVER rock a different tire than the Pilot Powers, I feel they are that good.

I am talking pure street riding...I have never done a track day so I wouldn't really know. I have hammered on my PP's before and never once felt them slip...at all...wet to dry pavement or the few times I got caught in rain...never a difference. Excellent, excellent tire grip...

I got the normal Pilot Powers and put 5,000 miles on a set on my F4i, and still had plenty of life to them...I wasn't hammering through lots of twisties, but I did alot of straight line speed runs and they never disappointed...when I sold the bike they were still fine. The way I ride, semi-aggresive, I would have got 10,000 miles out of them, at least.

The 2CT's are more for 1000's, from the research I did before buying my tires. I have a nice write up here somewhere...

Wow, just finished ordering parts/goods from three diffrent sources and still spent$500!!! I feel sick LOL.

DennisKirk - rear Conti Sport Attack for the F3, wheel bearings/seal, stem bearings/seal...$200

MotoSport - front Pilot Power for the F4i, Flushmounts for both bikes...$140

NewEnough - Womens textile coat, gloves for both of us...$150

Summer being around the corner with road ready bikes...Priceless!

I'll post a link to a place where you can buy the wheel and needle bearings for 3 to 5 dollars. You just have to get the #'s off the bearing and this place can get it for you. It's out of Oregon. I'm at work and don't recall the name of the place. Will have to put up the link when I get to my PC at home.

Found it, http://www.mcguirebearing.com/default.asp

No big hurry, the order's already in. I was going to go that route, but after you add up the individial cost and the time to do it, the package deal's hard to beat.
