Best credit card.
Well they decided to re-break my shoulder so it can heal right. So that means I will be out of work for another 5 weeks or so. And even after using most of my savings for school ETC i would be $400 short. So about the only way i can make it now will be with a credit card to pay some bills..Just wanna know what the best ones are. I already applied for a citi advantage thing. But i wont know for 30 days if im approved. I shouldnt have a problem with that though being that my credit score is over 800 now.
citibank is actually a good credit card...my girlfriend's uncle put the remainder of his mortgage on his citibank card and it saved him around $25k in interest off his mortgage.
how long are you planning on keeping the balance on the card? the key is to make the payment in full as fast as humanly possible reguardless of who the card is with because the compounded interest rate is what makes for long-term worthlessness...you end up paying back as much or (in many cases) more than you actually borrowed

You defiantly are having a run of ordinary luck Jason...sorry about that mate ..
If you have a great rating ...why not just ring around to get the best rate and grab the one with the longest interest free period?...
If you can find a 60 day interest free one ..you will be back at work to start clearing the bugger before the interest cuts in ??

An 800 is better than over 95% of people in this country. 770 is the 90 percentile mark. If you have a score that high, which takes years of activity normally you should be able to get a $50,000 card at 1.9% with a signature.
A 720 FICO will get you the best rates on auto loans and leases and just about everything else out there.

I have already payed off 5 loans. and never ever missed/was late on a payment. Gets your credit score up there pretty quickly i guess. So hopefully i can find a decent card. I just need it for emergencies really (but isnt that what all people who go way in debt say?)
