I find myself doing the same thing, it is a tough habit to break. Glad you came out of it OK but sorry about the bike.

I fell asleep at the wheel doing 70mph, my car hit a ditch, did a 720. Bent both of my exhaust pipes, my 2 rear wheels where horizontal. and did about 10 grand in damage. People who saw me said I almost hit a bridge. Scariest **** in my life. Just glad I was able to walk away unhurt. Funny thing is my airbags never deployed. I ended up getting a 70 dollar ticket for unable to control a vehicle..

Wow man hurry up and get back on the bike and keep the rubber side down. Glad you walk away with just some bruises. You have any gear on?

ouch, you get some new fairings on it and then the next thing you know you wreck...ouch, at least you went through the window and not through the tailgate, assuming its a SUV.

Glad the headlights fixed it..pretty safe thing i guess..but i spent hours on that stupid thing[:'(]

I am glad you're still here. Werd to the gear and props to those who preach it. Gear saves lives. It'll happen to us all sooner or later. I'm sorry that it was sooner after your stolen incident. Least you can brush it off and ride again.
