You know, if we did flyou's prostitution plan, and my plan of legalizing pot and taxing the **** out of that, we might just turn this economy around! Think about it You've just eliminated probably 50% of crimes commited (cuz they're not illegal anymore! lol) AND you've gave the farmers a new, easy to grow, profitable crop, AND imagine the tax revenue generated!!!!

Well kind of related it's an absolutely terrible time for me to be in school... seeing as how in the past week the interest rates on my student loans jumped from ~7.5% to ~12%
Anytime the government starts messing with the free market........the tax payers will pay and pay! Usuallyan even higher price. Had the government not started messing with Fannie mae and Freddie Mac and others back in 1999, we wouldnt be here now. There is no such thing as something for free........especially if it comes from the government. Always be wary of any government program, its a guarentee that you'll pay twice for what ever benifit it provides.

Your bank is trying to survive after in the aftermath.........I dont blame them.......sucks.... but its expected.....

Ya man...I don't freakin get it. My first thought before going to START > RUN > CALC was "For the government to be able to pay us all $425,000, then they would have had to have collected at least that much from us." With the average salary being in the $40,000, that just doesn't make any sense whatsoever. I can't believe the sh*t that ends up in my inbox sometimes...When I get the truly stupid ones, I like to do a reply-all and stop the chain.

This reminds me of a bulk email I sent to my whole address book. It wasn't as bad, though. You guys remember that one that said not to buy gas on a certain day? I think I posted it on here, too. Somebody responded that wouldn't work because all those people would just fill up the next day, and the people who make money on gas would still be making the same money...just a day or two later. I felt stupid...again.

If I had an extra $425, I would buy a motel room and some cocaine. The next day, I would call in sick to work, and be scared to call my wife. Then off to a convenience store for a half rack of beer. I would work my way to the park, and try to drink said half rack in under two hours. Some parents would probably think I was hiding in the bushes and pleasuring myself, so the cops would be called, and I woud get arrested, and lose my job. I'd have to grow a beard, because winter is coming, and it's going to get cold. Stupid economy!

I do recall that post voodoo...and the countless e-mails on that subject. I still get tons of e-mails to boycott the big 3 oil companies. In fact, I put filters on my inbox to block certain messages I get sick of receiving over and over again. This is the worst time...election time, when i have to read message after message of mudslinging and propaganda, and all the self-righteous one-sided democrats and republicans offering proof of why we will never escape this silly 2-party system.

i know everyone has heard of the new idea of each 18 year old or older get $425,000. how ever, they would tax that and recieve close to 35% of that from each person.

however, even if they gave each person that kind of money, that wouldnt help us. First off, it isnt our money, we would have to borrow that from other countries that would put us in a worse financial situation.

another reason we are in this is because there are hundreds of thousands of people who own homes... shouldnt. these easy loans have screwed us. people who are losing their homes shouldnt have had them in the first place.

So glad we could get the 2nd grade perspective on this issue....

EDIT: Okay, that was harsh. Allow me to be more politically correct. Your reply is illegible and makes you sound uneducated.
