Back after Niagara Falls Trip! (56k killer)
Hey Everybody, I'm back from my 4-day mini-vacation which was awesome! I was with my roommate who has a 2005 vtx1800 and a co-worker who has an 06 600 gixxr. We started friday morning from Mahwah, NJ, rode to the Grand Canyon of PA on Friday, then went north to buffalo Saturday afternoon to eat at the anchor bar (where buffalo wings were invented) and then headed over the boarder to canada to visit the falls. We stayed in Canada Saturday night and Sunday night, then we headed home on Monday morning. Round trip it was right around 800 miles, with the longest "leg" being monday's trip from the falls back home which was 392 miles (according to gps, so it's pretty accurate)
I took 343 pictures total, but here are a few that I think you guys will like...
All Geared up...
G.B.A.
one of the many many gas stops - note the TERRIBLE weather.... :-D
me at the Grand Canyon of PA
Motorcycle only parking...
Grand Canyon of PA
Niagara - American Falls
Me and the gixxr rider and the horseshoe falls
Rider went down doing a u-turn with a real REAL dumb passenger who leaned too much and brought it down...
"Ontario gear" (never went over 30mph...)
From the Skylon
There is ALWAYS a rainbow...
The amount of water flowing is super impressive
And last but not least - a cool reflection...
All in all it was an awesome trip, the weather was beautiful, and although I'm real sore, I'm proud of my bike for not giving me one lick of trouble the whole way :-)

Going to be honest here, I thought Niagra Falls was just a big circle waterfall that the water just dumped into a huge hole. I didn't know it was just a silly waterfall. I'm quite unimpressed by Niagra Falls now. That being said, nice pics! Looks like an awesome trip and glad it was a safe one!

Awesome pix man. I love the falls and only live 4 hours away, but have not been up there since 2001-long over due. The view from the Skylon tower is crazy good. Where is the grand canyon of PA located? I my plan a ride out there if it's not too far. Oh and you said you were impressed that the bike did not give you any problems-it's a Honda it's not going to let you down. I would have took my 2000 F4 with 31K on it on that trip and not thought twice.
