Default Back after Niagara Falls Trip! (56k killer)

Hey Everybody, I'm back from my 4-day mini-vacation which was awesome! I was with my roommate who has a 2005 vtx1800 and a co-worker who has an 06 600 gixxr. We started friday morning from Mahwah, NJ, rode to the Grand Canyon of PA on Friday, then went north to buffalo Saturday afternoon to eat at the anchor bar (where buffalo wings were invented) and then headed over the boarder to canada to visit the falls. We stayed in Canada Saturday night and Sunday night, then we headed home on Monday morning. Round trip it was right around 800 miles, with the longest "leg" being monday's trip from the falls back home which was 392 miles (according to gps, so it's pretty accurate)

I took 343 pictures total, but here are a few that I think you guys will like...

All in all it was an awesome trip, the weather was beautiful, and although I'm real sore, I'm proud of my bike for not giving me one lick of trouble the whole way :-)

Going to be honest here, I thought Niagra Falls was just a big circle waterfall that the water just dumped into a huge hole. I didn't know it was just a silly waterfall. I'm quite unimpressed by Niagra Falls now. That being said, nice pics! Looks like an awesome trip and glad it was a safe one!

haha, fair enough - it is in fact just a "silly waterfall" - but that waterfall is absolutly HUGE and it really is very impressive, my pictures do it no justice whatsoever. The "wall" of water before it falls is like 3 feet high all around, and when you are near the falls the sound it makes is really amazing. You can be unimpressed by the pictures, but the falls themselves are very impressive.

I hardly even noticed them, we did plenty of twisties and 100+mph "bursts" on the highways with a normal crusing speed of about 75-80mph. I highly recomend them, I'll give a mini-review in an f4i specific thread that already discusses saddlebags

"Ontario Gear" Just cause we have free health care up here doesn't mean you need to try and take advantage of it.

Awesome pix man. I love the falls and only live 4 hours away, but have not been up there since 2001-long over due. The view from the Skylon tower is crazy good. Where is the grand canyon of PA located? I my plan a ride out there if it's not too far. Oh and you said you were impressed that the bike did not give you any problems-it's a Honda it's not going to let you down. I would have took my 2000 F4 with 31K on it on that trip and not thought twice.
