Well mine bit the big one but it is still under warranty so it is time to find my iPod I guess. Microsoft is going to fix it for free. Got to love warranties.

thats what i have...it is two years old.
i think zune's that havent been updated with the new software, or zune's that haven't been synced in a while are having issues... if your clock is off, you shouldn't have a problem... yet...
