^^ LOL yeah I was just thinking: I own everything PC: Zune, my blackberry, and well, my computer. My girlfriend has an iphone and I'm always using it. it's stable, smooth, user friendly. A friend of mine bought the blackberry storm and this sucks ***!! Only took microsoft 2 years to build something to compete with the iphone and it's not nearly as good! you click on the screen when you touch it, (the whole screen moves) and you're just waiting for the screen to fall out of the damn thing. I wouldn't spend more than $30 on that phone...

they're saying that the crash was caused by a leap second. We've all heard of leap years, apparently there's a leap second every few years, and one occurred last night. The last leap second jump was 3 years ago.

yup just turned mine on and its still at the zune logo FAIL!

my friend said hes did it a few hours ago and his batt was about dead so he let it run out and now i guess its charging....
so maybe theres hope

 

just read an article about that this morning...if you do a HARD reset it will fix it...to do it you have to unscrew the back i believe and disconnect the power cable inside...this is supposedly fixing it...link.... http://gizmodo.com/5121618/how-to-revive-dead-zunes-30s

The leap second isn't until midnight for the time zone it's in. CNN has the report up but no mention of any leap second issue.

 

eff that. i'd rather have them buy me a new one than void the warranty!
