Another alternative is to use Microsoft Word with the “Veranda” style text, then copy & paste it.Can’t, Shouldn’t, won’t. See?

Woot! Thanks Woo. Can´t tell you how much this little forum foible has affected me...even when I phone text or write email, far away from CBRF, I always second-guess the apostrophe, thinking oh hell, it will double up again and look silly lol...weird, I know.

I´m now just using the character map acute accent. Works brilliantly.

Im glad someone else caught that. I just avoid them. Your posting on a bike forum not writing your memoirs...

As for Spirit, double checking everything he writes now...I do the same thing.

As for the grammar **** thing...(I don´t think anyone actually called it that), I take the philosophy that I apply to everything. Do it right, always. The way I look at it, is practice makes perfect. Since there are plenty of times that I need to type to somewhat important people (like VPs, CEO or Board of Directors), I can use all the practice I can. If I relax it here, than it will increase the chances of me making a mistake when I shouldn´t.

I used the same philosophy when flipping a house. Learn the right techniques from the beginning and then apply them. Others comment "we aren´t professionals," maybe not, but practice the right techniques now, it will reduce the problems or relearning down the road.

Same with Motorcycles, I took the classes to learn the right techniques first.
