Anyone work for Fry's or Best Buy or some place similar?

I'm confused! Is plymouth saying he doesn't care for Best Buys? lol
I'm glad we don't have a fry's on this coast based on the number of complaints I hear about them all the time. Only suggestion I have is to walk in and politely and calmly demand one of three options before you leave:
1) Promise of your computer back fully repaired within 3 business days in writing signed by manager.
2) Return of full purchase price.
3) New computer.
Tell them they ONLY allow you 15 days for returns on electronics and you feel it is more than fair of you to offer them the 2 months they already have been given and the 3 days you're now giving them AND NO MORE!
Unfortunately, based on all the horror stories I've read of Fry's I doubt they'll care too much .. good luck with it man.

But seriously, I would go in and demand something. 3 Months is an awful long time to have something being serviced. Start picketing outside their store with a sign saying "3 Months and Still not Fixed". I'm SURE something will happen quickly.
