Hi,

I got dupped for $600 from a guy on ebay (not my first time) and the Post office wont do **** about it, so I'm taking it to the streets. Before I drive 6 hours to get my $$ back (I'd spend another $500 just to do it), I'd offer $300 to anyone in the area that was willing to help me locate and assist in recovering these funds. Sent a Postal Money order, items were not received, id and email are both closed now (48 hours later)..

lived in metairie for most of high school, live in laplace now, about 15 minutes west

Good luck man....I hope you get your money. Have you tried the security dept for ebay? They will work with you pretty well and assist in dealing. It takes time but does work most of the time....helped me out in the past!

 

The road is just south of Lake Potchartrain right off of 59 there. Hopefully you can get your money back!! Good Luck

 

thats around fat city, my mom used to live on ridgelake, one street over, mostly apartments around there.

i59 ends in slidell though, like 30 miles away, not really too close. lol hed be coming from the other way anyway.
ill go take a ride over there tomorrow after i get off of work and see how i can help.

 

Does anyone know what happened with this? I'm trying to buy something off eBay from someone using the same street address and came across this post during a web search. Of course, I'm concerned now...
