Everywhere riding in Indy is the place to be, especially seen. Downtown, Broad Ripple(Indy's Bar area) and of course Speedway(500 track town). It will be a blast here that weekend. Last year was fun.

Campground area is only to get drunk at really. To each their own.

Last year, race weekend and the stuff all week long leading up to it was awesome!

I will be there all 3 days (plus the stunt show and w/e else goes on before hand)

you have to head down town, it's bike's everywhere!

I heard there won't be parking on the track? anybody heard about this?

I work at Praxair across the street on the southside from the track. There will be bike parking for a fee at 16th and Polco st. Next to the speedway gas station. But it is gravel with individual boards for your stand. No way 10,000 bikes can fill that lot. Plenty of parking and I am sure there will be more.

I hope the weather is nicer than last years.

XDL stunt show was Thursday in Broad Ripple last year, Friday and Saturday Downtown. It was free and a good time.

no I paid 200 a night for a hilton room! Buddy has a 25ft camper! We are thinking about taking that and trailer the bikes!

I'm going again this year with my dad. Last year was great. Hopefully there won't be any hurricanes hitting Indiana again. It kind of sucked coming home to no electricity that night. I stay on the East side of the city because you'll get cheaper hotel rooms. Can't remember how much I'm paying for the LaQuita but it's one of the cheapest. By the way, watch out for the blue Ford mustang the police use to catch speeders. All of the lights are completely hidden and I saw him nail a lot of people last year.

Trying to make it. Not a road trip for me, two up on a CBR600 for 1,846 miles each way. Looking at plane fares for wife and I as well as PTO balance by then. Should be awesome this year as last years weather fluked things up.
