I don't have those but i have a set of these in my work boots that i ride around town in.

I just traced the outline on the tread of the boot, cut out a secion deep enough for them to be flush with the trezad so i can walk. I'll throw up a picture when i get the chance. they are really cool at night. VERY effective. Same effect as the sparkies and you don;t have to be draging a knee to do it.
