Any have any issues with sony's new CR crap?
Yep. "Click" and "Casino Royale" have that on their discs, and NOTHING I've tried (which is DVD Shrink and Mac The Ripper) will decode these discs. All I get is the first minute of the movie, and that's it.
Yea same here. 8\

dvd shrink - the best and easyist riper ever. super easy to remove everything but the movie.
anydvd - keeped up-to-date for all the new movies with new anti-copy fetures that dvd shrink cant remove.
Easy DVD Clone- to slip 4.7+gb movies into 2 dvds. i would reather split it into 2 dvds that cost like 40 cents then buy 9 gig dvd for like 2-3 dallers a peace.
Nero- to burn them
video vault - to conver dvd movies to xvid for my zen vision

i rent>>copy>>send back like everyone else

dvd decrypter, dvd 43 are not that good

http://www.dvdfab.com/free.htm

dvdfabdecryptor is the way to go. it has broken the protection on every movie i have burned. so far about 175 movies. its free, its very fast. and its updated often for all the newer SONY and Disney encryptions. Shrink and DVDdecrpytor are no longer updated, so shrink needs ANYdvd just to function. Shrink USED TO be great. Im not at all impressed with DVD43....you guys gotta check out DVDFAB. that will rip it to HD then burn with whatever buring software you like, nero, imgburn, whatever.....personally i love Clonedvd2. between that and Fab i have never not been able to burn a movie.

It just nice to have "backups" of all the movies i own.

if you guys are looking for a great site regarding burning etc.....check out Afterdawn.com.
