it should fit just fine in the windstar.

my handelbars for the tc125 sit higher than my f3. and are much wider (that was the problem) they were just to wide and the bike had to go in sideways.

it doesnt hurt to try, just let us know how it went.

oh yeah, the back end has to go in first.
