I just got out, I am an EN2(engineman) in the Navy, station out of san diego, uss kinkaid whicj is now decommisioned. I ride a 1000rr 2005.

 

What up I'm in the Army.. Been in for 2 years and 5 months.. year and a half left.. But if it wasn't for the military I wouldn't ever have gotten into riding so I don't regret it.. I got stationed in Germany Jan. 7 2004 and started riding that summer.. And OH MY GOD.. I rode my friends CBR 1000RR right before the summer was over and we went riding through the alps and it was the best in the world.. Then I got deployed to Iraq Jan. 7 2005.. That date is just a bitch for me I guess. But I have been down here ever since and got till Jan till I get out of here.. But since I've been down here I bought my 2005 CBR 1000RR so it was all worth it... But I will leave on the note that if you ever get the chance to have a 1000RR in Germany one do it and then 2 you will figure out why that bike is the best out there

SSgt Marquis, haa, here... from the AF. Been a great 5 1/2 years for me so far. Started with a 600F2 and joined the AF in 2000. Was stationed up at Bolling AFB, DC for the Air Force Honor Guard. Did that for 2 years and trained back into my 'original job choice' (Engineering) in 2002. Have since been stationed at Holloman AFB, NM, Kunsan AB, ROK and now I am at Patrick AFB, FL. Will be departing from the AF March 2006 (with a double major in Civil Engineering and Surveying) and I should still be riding my 954RR once I get out. im not millitary, i went down and tested for the airforce. tested high enough to do anything. just decided to wait till bush got out of office first. if im gonna get sent to war i atleast want to go to war for someone who isnt a complete retard. but my brother and his wife are both military police stationed in kosovo. they got about 8-9 months left. theyve been there for about 6-7 months. maybe 8. but when my bro comes back he wants to start riding. i just have to talk him out of buying an r6 first lol.
