Default anti fog tips please

just wondering what everyone here uses on their visor as far as anti fog, in the past i've stuck with nothing leading to dismal results lol. i was thinking of maybe a spray or something to put on the inside of the visor but any and all advice is welcome. thanks

There are a number of companies that produce anti-fog shields - Fog City make a good one, and there's even one that is photochromic (goes light and dark ).They fit inside the visor, so there's an air gap between them and the outside air, so they don't fog up.....
You could rub a cut potato on the inside - worked on my dive goggles (but then so did spit) They aren't expensive, maybe from $7 up to around $25 but they are really worth the money.
FWIW

I have used a product called "Cat Crap"....yeah, it's real and I didn't make the name up. It's marketed as a "Anti-Fog Lens Cleaner" and you apply it to the inside of your face shield. It's in a paste form and you buff it out after application. It's works OK, but it's not a permanent solution and has to be re-applied on an occasional basis.

I bought it at the local Gander Mountain sporting goods store for about $4.00. They do have a website...www.ekusa.com

I just found a much better but pricier solution to the fogging issue .....a new Scorpion EXO-700 helmet that has an "Ever-Clear shield and a breath- guard with and lots of vents.

Ive been told shaving foam works.

I ride with my visor just ever so slightly open and that seems to stop the fog.

Mind you its -2*C here tonight so if its like that tomorrow morning I may also be looking for a solution lol.

I've found that most of the Anti fog stuff works only for a short time (must be a heavy breather) once a bit of condensation forms on the visor, that's it. There are also a few helmets out there that come with an insert that covers your nose & diverts the warm air down. But I've had better results wearing a silk (or cotton) balaclava & keeping it over my snoz & lifting the visor open just a tad & letting the cool (cold) air in.

I'm going to need a fog solution too. Took the breath deflector out of my AGV K3 and my girlfriend 'moved' it. Translation: It's completely lost until she remembers the most illogical place (to a male) she'd put it.

My visor fogs up something fierce with it fully closed so I ride like Preid with it cracked open. But the cold will end that soon.

I have a HJC helmet that fogs like crazy till I get up to speed.

My Scorpion EXO 400 does not fog at all.

I can sit here at the keyboard with it on and try to make it fog, but it won't.
