Default another rider down

A good friend of mine died today... going through the twisties,(ice house rd. in norcal) a bump in the road (where bridge and asphalt meet) through him off his turn, he hit a wall, couldnt get away from it, and then hit a curb which launched him into a tree... He was life flighted out, but he didnt have a pulse going into the chopper. He suffered from lots of blunt force trama, ruptured spleen and some head trama i think. It's terrible because he always rode safe. He didnt bust wheelies, always wore his gear. He pushed it in the turns, but never above his ability. If the bump in the road hadn't have been there, he would have finished the turn fine. He was a great rider and great friend...

please be careful out there.

i wasn't riding w/ him... I'm glad i wasn't. The paramedics had needed help so my riding buddies had to help move him around. My buddies said he was not good. Pretty traumatizing for them to watch it happen and then have him gone. His name was Vince. He posted once on the board i think.
