Android guys! Got a question

Anyone use the dyno master app or the speedview pro app?
How are they?
Do I need a phone with an accelerometer or does it use GPS? (or both)

Looking at getting a new phone and want to know what I need. Thanks!:icon_hyper:

Also,
dynomaster or trackmaster? Pros and cons of each?

I have used the speedview. It's pretty good. Just a couple mph off from tomtom. But the quarter mile time didn't seem right.0-60 was very close. Used this on the airplane yesterday and it held satalite signal to 462.2 mph the lost signal.

Got my new HTC desire today. Now just trying to figure out which app I want to get :D

Since you mentioned it, I picked up the Dynomaster app this morning. Gave it a test run in the work truck today. I'll have to test it outside Center City. GPS is notoriously fluky there because of the buildings.

If / Once it loses GPS accuracy, the numbers are irrevocably skewed.

i have the htc evo... if these apps prove to be functional i would definately be interested in them. i just feel like they are not entirely accurate lol maybe a friend with a stopwatch would be better

It's reviews aren't too bad. Looking forward to review kuro!
