lol i did the same thing a while back with my grilled cheese, i always mix it with water and microwave it and it did not really mix up well, was kinda chunky, and i checked the expiration and it was also 2007, but i wanted grilled cheese and tomato soup damn it so i ate it anyway, i felt fine. I think you'll live.

alot of that stuff they just slap a date on it because they got sick of sitting around waiting for it to go bad.

when they test things, they have to pack a bunch, then open a few every so often and see if its bad, if they run out of cans before it goes bad, they just say oh well, we know its good till this date for sure.

I have eaten some questionable stuff in my day and when ever i get sick its from a resturant. not even the shady ones, its usually like tgi fridays or something.

i have heard of people eating canned food that 30+ years old. ( i wouldn't recommend it, but they lived)
