Absolutely! Anything that might help motivate people to get out and enjoy their bikes is good enough reason for me! I'll post up a new thread on Jan 1st

I think I put just at 10k on my bike. A shame, I was shooting for 15 or 20, but I didn't ride as much in the later part of the summer/fall

 

I didn`t participate, but my mileage from October to October (when the bike got inspected) was a paltry 7,800. Woulda been a little higher but I missed almost four weeks of peak riding season waiting for parts to come into the dealer.

We`re expecting 3 or 4 inches of snow here today so I`m done for the year, and will enter 2009 with my odometer reading 040023.

I think I probably have the lowest mileage of the group. I think I'm just a shade under 100 miles for the year-lol. Next year will be considerably more (now that I have a bike again)
