You could install this massive hard ****** in the seat. If you bike got stolen it would rip the seat open and pwn the theft.

 

its not really a 'bike' alarm...but my moms car has a 'stellar' alarm on it. helped my dad install it last year...was really easy and the company offers great support (the brain was acting up, so they mailed out a new one). they also have the convertable radar sensor that plugs in...that'll probably work on the bike....

 

These are a little pricey but I think it will do what you need.

Alarms suck, just park it within vision of yourself, or in a garage or sth like that... I used alarms for quite a while on my bikes, always ended up with not being able to start the bike cuz the battery was dead
Now i got a webcam in my carbox linked to the dealer i bought my current car at, the second something moves without me being near (i got a magnet, when that magnet gets close to the operation system it turns off the alarm) i get a textmsg on my phone. Used to suck, i used to have my bikes in the garage @ my house, alarm kept going off when my girlfriend went in to get something, so i rented an extra carbox for it, works like a charm now. It aint even that expensive...
